Garth Hotel Stay & Play

Scottish Hotel in the Highlands of Scotland

Find out what’s on in the hotel and in the surrounding area and join us each evening outside the hotel with Spud the Piper for 1/2 hour from 6pm from 1st May through to 30 September 2016.

The Garth Hotel, standing on the north end of the village square, in the heart of Grantown-on-Spey which is generally regarded as being one of the best preserved examples of an eighteenth century Scottish planned town. Our Georgian High Street, offers unique and individual shops.

The Garth was built in the 1850’s and began its life as an Inn. Over the years the hotel has prospered, becoming the Premier Independent Hotel in Grantown-on-Spey with a bustling restaurant split over two levels with the top level giving panoramic views over the gardens and the town whilst the lower level is popular for family or party dining.

The Garth is perfectly placed for a 2 minute walk to the museum and the high street The Craig Maclean leisure centre and 1000 yards from the first tee of the golf course.
